Overview

The Presentation Whiteboard Content Window tool allows you to draw objects, type text, and present images during classes. When presenting images, you can use a variety of Presentation Window tools to annotate the image under discussion, or to type text messages on the image. You can also use the Presentation Window tools by themselves to draw on the Whiteboard or provide written information to the class. An instructor can operate the Presentation Whiteboard in either controlled or uncontrolled mode. The features of the Presentation Whiteboard are described below.

Presentation Whiteboard images:
You can create Presentation Whiteboard images with any Windows-based application. These images can be displayed to all class participants on the Presentation Whiteboard.
Presentation Whiteboard tools:
You can use these tools to draw objects, such as lines and rectangles, and type text on the Presentation Whiteboard. You can apply various line widths, line colors, and fill colors to objects you draw. You can also choose different fonts, font sizes, and color for the text.
Controlled and uncontrolled mode:
The instructor can operate the Presentation Whiteboard in either controlled or uncontrolled mode. In controlled mode, the instructor chooses the participant who will control the Presentation Whiteboard. Only that participant can draw, type text, or present images. In uncontrolled mode, all class participants can draw, type text, and present images on the Presentation Whiteboard.
